Haxfisk

Item: Leftovers
Ability: Static/Sand-veil(If for some reason you are using him in the sand)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 S.Attack, 128 Defense, 128 S.Defense

Discharge

Mud-bomb

Scald

Sludge-bomb

This is a Stunfisk set where I have, instead of their more powerful counter parts, given him moves with a 30% chance of status. Why? Because Stunfisk is already one of most ridicules and funny looking Pokemon ever, but having him mess up other Pokemon with status moves is even funnier (if only he had Serene grace XD). First we have Discharge which gets STAB and 30% Paralyze chance. Mud-bomb is also STAB and has a 30% chance of lowering Accuracy. Scald is coverage and has 30% Burn chance. Sludge-bomb covers Grass Types and has a 30% Poison chance. This is one of those Hax Pokemon that may not anger your opponent (unless it is competitive) so much as make they laugh, it is a great Pokemon for having a good time.

Note: If you do not like burning you opponent as much as lowering their accuracy you could go with Muddy-water instead of Scald.

Stubbornthing

Item: Leftovers
Nature: bold
Trait: Static/Sand Veil
EVs: 252 hp, 252 def, 4 s.def.

Moves

1 - Discharge
2 - Toxic/Sludge Bomb/HP grass
3 - Scald
4 - Protect

Scald has a great chace to inflict burn, so it can ruin a sweeper's attack and the evs may make it survive to one earthquake, giving it the chance to burn the foe. Discharge has stab and great chance to prlz, crippling the foe. Toxic if you want to ensure the foe's death in a few turns, sludge bomb if you want to deal with grass types (i'd rather switch) and HP grass to take out the ground/water types that are immune to discharge and may absorb scald. Protect to recover hp with leftovers and deal damage with poison or burn.

Double/Triple Battle Stunfisk

Stunfisk (M) @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Static
Evs: 255 Atk, 255 Spd
Nature: Rash (+Sp.Atk,-Sp.Def)
- Endure
- Discharge
- Earth Power
- Muddy Water

For use in Trick Room only. The whole point of this set is to take as muck damage on Turn 1 as possible while hanging on with Endure to activate your Petaya Berry as your teammate sets up TR. Now if everything worked out, and they have no Priority, you can attempt a sweep. Discharge is STAB and hits everything that isn't immune, Earth Power is STAB that gets good coverage, and Muddy Water hits both your foes & has a chance to lower their Accuracy.
