How do you catch Kyurem?

I broke Zekrom and Kyurem apart so I could catch it but I beat Ghetsis and everyone went away

Once you have beaten the Elite 4, Kyurem will be able to be caught at the Giant Chasm. However, you must battle N first. He will have a Zekrom/Reshiram rat lv.70 respectively. When you defeat him, he will release it and Zekrom/Reshiram will be obtainable at lv.70 at the Dragonspiral Tower. After you have caught it, Kyurem will appear once again and you will be able to catch it at the Giant Chasm at lv.70

Note

All this can only be done after you have defeated the Unova league
