What would happen if Smeargle sketched and used Transform?

I'm not asking about Ditto vs Smeargle; that has been discussed before. I want to know what happens if Smeargle sketches Ditto's Transform, then later uses Transform to turn into a different Pokemon. Would Smeargle inherit the cloned Pokemon's moves, or would it keep its own moves while inheriting everything else (look, HP, stats, etc.)?

It would be much like Mew using Transform. It would do everything that Ditto can do with Transform. Transform is a move like any other; it doesn't work differently for Ditto or Mew than if you hacked it onto another Pokemon, or (I assume) if Smeargle Sketched it.
To clarify, when Smeargle uses Transform it will become the opponent in everything (stats, moves, appearance, etc.)
