Which stats should I focus on EV training with most for Ampharos?

If I intend on trying to use Special Attack to its full potential, which other stats should I mainly focus on? thanks :)

Yes obviously Special attack like you said :P
Since Ampharos's base 55 speed is well.. not very good at all xD I wouldn't bother training that (maybe a little bit) but overall not much, since it probably isn't going to outspeed alot of threats anyway with higher speed stats.
My suggestion would be to probably EV train onto HP in order to increase your bulk and allow you to take hits better - so Ampharos becomes a hard-hiting tank.
