Should I start training a new jolteon with volt absorb or keep my fully ev trained level 50 one with quick feet?

In the start I thought that it would be a good idea to use quick feet but everyone sugest that I do otherwise but I dont wanna start from scratch. how much does it matter? I am playing black 2.

Quick Feet is better in game as there are a lot of Pokemon that inflict status. Volt Absorb, is only any use if you have a massive Electric weakness in your team.

My suggestion: Keep training your Quick Feet Jolteon.
