What is the total amount of exp provided by the second run of the elite four?

Like how much the total exp given of each pokemon in the elite four put together

It is something useful to know when you need to level up pokemon after you finish ev training so I need to know how many times I need to face it and how long you need to play(It only takes me about 20min to beat them counting animation)

I had to battle the elite 4 on both games, and add up all EXP points of all Pokemon.
