What is a good moveset for Rotom (Mow form)?

I searched around, and I didn't see any of the alternate forms having a question asked, and I plan on using one soon, so I figured I would ask.

I am currently using..

Hidden Power ( Grass ) - STAB and doesn't murder my sp atk.. -
Thunder Bolt ( High Power STAB )
Confuse Ray ( Annoying )
Shadow Ball ( Coverage, couldn't think of anything better )

Dang Trachy, Overachiever much?
I have already made what I think to be ideal movesets for every Pokemon on Pokemon Online, so all I have to do is Export.
Do you know a sub for Pain Split?
I can't migrate...
If you can get a good Hidden Power get that. Otherwise Confuse Ray seems best.

Rotom-C @ Leftovers

Trait: Levitate

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef

Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

  • Will-O-Wisp
  • Pain Split
  • Leaf Storm
  • Thunderbolt

Actually a set I got from Smogon, works great.

The EVs make him specially bulky, while Willo Wisp immediatly cuts down Physical attackers, crippling then for the rest of the battle assuming they down have a Heal Bell or Aromatherapy'er.

Pain Split is for when the next threat comes in and you've taken some damage, you can pull your Hp back up to par with theirs and take them down.

Thunderbolt hits hard with STAB, and doesn't have stat drops.

While Leaf Storm is his incredibly hard hitting STAB move, but he really can't attack after using it.
