I'm going to offer this set, now that B/W is out:

*Dragon Tail-force a switch so that whatever comes in gets poisoned.

Ahh, very nice moveset, considering that Nidoqueen is more bulky in defenses than her male counterpart, Nidoking.  I'll consider using this moveset!

Nidoqueen is a well rounded pokemon, and your moveset should reflect that, with only a base attack of 82 and a special of 75, you should probably change a few of her moves, as she would be helpless against an overly defensive pokemon. My suggestion would be to use the following moves: Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Crunch, and Thunderbolt/or Toxic Spikes. Earthquake is a staple for just about any pokemon as it's a powerful, accurate move that covers many type advantages, not to mention a nice STAB bonus. Stealth Rock, being an entry hazard, can be devastating to any team and rip them to shreds, especially when paired with toxic spikes, and only takes 2 turns to use both. (Just watch out for Rapid spin, as this can break through entry hazards) Thunderbolt mainly exists to counter water types, which are very common in battles. Crunch is there to catch psychic types off guard just as shadow claw did, only it has a power of 80 instead of 70, and also offers a chance to lower your opponent's defense (20%). this is only a suggestion, so change this as you see fit.

The Strategy here is quite simple, You set Up Hazards, and Then Dragon Tail until You die, Occasionallly Using Earthquake if you're Super Effective.

Offensive lead. Set up your Toxic Spikes. If the foe has Taunt, or you are in a situation where you'd rather not use Toxic Spikes, then you can hit the foe hard. Sheer Force powers up all of your moves, and all of your moves have great type coverage. Also, Lif Orb recoil is negated. A really powerful sweeper, especially in NU where it resides due to Nidoking.

Rest is healing. Sleep-talk lets you attack in your sleep. Dragon-tail loses its low priority when used by Sleep-talk so it can be coverage and damage switching have a Pokemon with entry hazards on your team to maximize effectiveness. Super-fang is for if you do not use Dragon-tail you can use this to take half of their HP in just one hit, you could simply not have a fourth move to maximize chances of Dragon-tail but it also increases the chance of using Rest and not doing anything. Rivalry can be used strategically if you know your opponent has all males but it is risky, Poison-point is the safe alternative but it is not very useful.

This is straight up offensive tanking, enough defenses not to die, a nifty ability to piss off unlucky people making physical contact, so much fun.

Sludge Bomb is some STAB for you, and a Chance to poison, which is always fun.

Earthquake is Strong STAB with great coverage.

Super Power is for a Knock N Switch routine, yay for that.
And Shadow Ball is for ghosts and Psychics, and gives you defense agaisn't Gengar.

Here's a set for setting up (hahaha!). Toxic Spikes for your standard setting of ups, paired with Psyshock for some powerful damage when you're up against Poisoned foes. Than you have Ice Beam and Flamethrower for all of the above, along with an attempt to try and stop another lead.
Whatever they may be, or whatever they may be trying to do, try and stop them by throwing an attack in their face!

Sludge Wave hits multiple foes, gets STAB, and is boosted by Sheer Force. This makes it very powerful. Blizzard hits multiple foes and gets the Sheer Force boost, making it very powerful. While its attacking stats might not be the highest, it makes up for it with incredibly high base power hitting multiple foes.
