when the opponent burns my gliscor who has hyper cutter, does that cut his attack too?

No, the attack will not lower. Regardless, nothing can lower a Hyper Cutter Pokemon's Attack stat. Except Self lowered drops. (Superpower)

okay but i know moves like superpower can lower the attack by itself
