Do SonicBoom and Dragon Rage cancel out Sturdy?

Since SonicBoom and Dragon Rage causes a set amount of damage, will Sturdy block it?

Yes, SonicBoom and Dragon Rage could still KO a pokemon. According to Bulbapedia SonicBoom is a move that deals 20 damage, regardless of the user's type, the opponent's type, and any other effects. Dragon Rage is the same, just dealing out 40 damage.
