Can i get wifi pokemon if i have wireless internet in India

You see i have pokemon white{american version} and i was wondering if i can get wifi pokemon through wireless?Should you have a nintendo wifi usb connector to get it because i dont have one

Yeah, you can get Event Pokemon so long as your DS/DSi/3DS can connect to the internet (by the looks of it, wireless the way you described it works. :D).
