I will make a list of changes:

A new Rival.
Bianca & Cheren Mixed up there clothes xD.
New Home Town (Asperita City.)..
The Unova region is half frozen.
You will look different.
You can get Poke'mon from other Regions Before Obtaining a National Dex In B/W 2.
2 New Gym Leaders.
Kyurem has 2 new forms.
Thunderus, Tornadus, And Landorus Have a new form (-Therian.)
Different Storyline
A Hidden Hollow
Victini Can't be Obtained

You can get Reshiram/Zekrom

You can get Zekrom and Reshiram at Dragonspiral Tower, so that's incorrect.

you need the normal form to fuse with Kyurem so yea you can get the normal forms
