Mine knows:

Psychic: Good power, high accuracy, STAB, chance to lower Sp. Def.

Grass Knot: Deals easily with Ground and Rock types, plus some Water types mostly due to typing.

Flamethrower: Good power, high accuracy, chance to burn, deals with Bug type weakness. Also deals with Steel types.

Taunt: Stops Stat moves from being used by the foe.

Perhaps shadow ball or signal beam to deal with his ghost or dark weakness, Taunt is useful, but his defenses are kind of Frail for him to be taunting. But I'd say it's a good set.

What do you think: Shadow Ball for a bit more power and better ability or Signal Beam to deal with the much more troublesome Dark Type?

I'd go with signal beam. 5 points of base power won't make much difference.
