I'd just like to attempt to use my fave poke, as a defensive sweeper.
What I had in mind to do this was as followed.

Snorlax
Nature-Adamant/Careful
Ev's- 252SDef 252HP 4Att
Item-Leftovers
Moves
Brick Break(to cover Rock/Steel/Dark and any others that Zen will not fully effect)
Zen Headbutt(mainly coverage)
Curse
Amnesia
Switch into a wall/SAttacker, then start racking up Curse stacks. The Amnesia is just to wall SAttackers harder.
Would this work? Any advice on how to improve it?

I suggest this:

Snorlax (M) @ Choice Band

Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

  • Return
  • Pursuit
  • Fire Punch / Crunch
  • Earthquake

Credit to Smogon.

Ah, yes. Curselax. Amnesia isn't really needed here; your special bulk will already be good enough. Furthermore, the two attacking moves you've chosen don't offer the best coverage. You should probably go with:

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 188 HP / 104 Def / 216 SpD
Careful Nature

  • Curse
  • Body Slam
  • Crunch / Earthquake
  • Rest

The EV spread is from Smogon, and beefs up his HP & defenses. Curse is obviously for boosting his attack. Body Slam is the preferred STAB move for the nifty chance of paralysis. The choice between Crunch and Earthquake depends on who troubles you more, Ghost types or Rock and Steel types. Rest is recovery and heals his status, and with a few boosts he can easily survive the sleep turns. Alternatively, you could use both Crunch and Earthquake in the last two slots - you will have better coverage, but lack of reliable recovery hinders him a bit.
