+3: a x 2
+4: a x 2.33
+5: a x 2.66
+6: a x 3

But how much is 1.33? I mean, percentage wise. So what would Blizzard's accuracy be if the poke used Hone Claws?

It would be 133%....

It would be 70 x 1.33 which is 93.1. :)
