Reducing flag limit to hide stuff.

Question

Ok this may have been suggested before i could not find it but reduce the limit of flags from around 5 to 3 to hide stuff this allows regular users who can not hide the ability to get stuff hidden faster.
Preaty simple suggestion it would help allot and save higher ranked users the trouble of going through bad Qs and As.

There are never usually more than 1 at a time so problem solved and obviously editors and mods can reshow it if this unlikely case does happen, if needed.

5 seems like a good number to me at the moment. But in the next version there will be a way to mods to see all flagged posts so they can take action on those if they need to.
