Make sure your Politoad is your lead, also if you go against any other weather team try your best to win the weather war.

Politoad

How about a Specs toad. You need something on your team that you know can hit hard.
Politoad @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EV's: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Nature: Timid (+Spd, -Atk) / Modest (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Psychic
-Focus Blast/Hidden Power(Fighting)
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam

This set is typical Specs Toad. Psychic and Focus Blast/Hidden Power(Fighting) is coverage.Depending on if you want power or accuracy will determine which Fighting move you choose. Surf if you want Accuracy, Hydro Pump if you want more power with the STAB+Rain Boost+Specs you will cause some very major damage to basically anything that wants to come in on you. Ice Beam is even more Coverage.

Gastrodon

This guy wont be taking a lot of Grass hits even with Stockpiles up, so you will have to switch out on them. Replace the Ice Gem for leftoverers for easier survival once you get Stockpiles up. Now you dont need a water type move on every Pokemon in your team just because its a rain team, but if you feel you need one go for Scald over Ice Beam for that chance to burn.

Vaporeon

The only thing I see wrong here is that you have Substitute. Its useless here so switch it for Ice Beam.

Jellicent

Giga Drain? Grass covers Ground,Rock, and Water which Surf can cover Ground and Rock better since it gets that STAB+Rain Boost. Shadow Ball can deal with Water types well enough. Since you should be getting rid of Giga Drain ditch the Big Roots and switch it to some other item. I would suggest Leftovers.

Ludicolo

I see one thing wrong with this set. Fire Punch in the rain is a fail as it reduces damage. Replace that with Ice Beam. Thats pretty much it remember dont put Fire Moves in a rain team unless you are positive it can still do a lot of damage.

Kabutops

The people above are right, Choice Band plus Stealth Rocks and Rapid Spin is no good. Like Slippery said change it to Life orb. But I disagree with some of the moves he listed. I would suggest:

Kabutops @ Life Orb
Trait: Battle Armor
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Spd/ 252 Atk/ 4 HP
- Rock Slide
- X-Scissor
- Aqua Jet
- Swords Dance
This IMO is a better set for Kabutops. You lose power when you switch out Stone Edge for Rock Slide but you have a better chance to hit which can be the difference between winning and losing in Monotype battles, plus you get that chance to flinch the opponent. X-Scissor covers that 4x weakness to Grass and also handles Psychic and Dark types, while Night Slash doesnt get any super effective hit against Grass types and doesnt do much to Dark Types. Swords Dance raises your Attack. Aqua Jet is priority and gets that STAB+Rain Boost.

So I am not going to proclaim that I am an expert on rain teams, but I've seen enough of them to know how they work...and this one doesn't for the most part. I'm gonna shuffle a few things around and see what you think.

Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SDef/ 240 Def/ 16 HP
- Scald
- Encore
- Ice Beam
- Hypnosis/Toxic

This guy should be your lead to immediately set up weather and make your team have an advantage. Basically the same, but I added Scald which helps due to STAB and the Burn chance goes well with the bulky EV spread I used here. Toxic or Hypnosis, but you can't Poison and put an Opponent to Sleep at the same time, so dont dedicate half your moveslots to status moves.

Gastrodon @ Rindo Berry
Trait: Storm Drain
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
EVs: 252 Def/ 252 SDef/ 4 HP
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Scald/Surf

this thing is obviously meant to sponge Electric attacks, but Ground typing means x4 Grass weakness. That's why we use the Rindo Berry. Another Bulky EV spread to help it survive, and Recover is...well its friggin Recover, you know annoying this is! Stockpile isn't really amazing in any regard, and Gastrodon doesn't have much for Defensive boosting moves , so we add Scald, and now Burning the opponent makes up for lack of said boosting moves. Surf is also an option if you want more power, but I find overall the the Atk drop and residual damage from a Burn helps Gastrodon, and the whole team, much more overall.

I am going to give you a replacement option here, take it or leave it but I think you should go with:

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Liquid Ooze
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SDef/ 180 SAtk/ 36 HP
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes

this thing is a Specially Defensive beast, and Black Sludge makes Trick and Switcheroo users think twice, and doubles as Leftovers recovery. Scald is a given, and Ice Beam is too. Rapid Spin here frees up a Slot for Kabutops, and lets it be used as:

Kabutops @ Life Orb
Trait: Battle Armor
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Spd/ 252 Atk/ 4 HP
- Stone Edge
- Night Slash
- Aqua Jet
- Swords Dance

this set is a mean Sweeping set. Swords Dance and Life Orb rip holes in anything. Stone Edge ges STAB which is terrifying with its high crit ratio after Swords Dance and LO boosts. Night Slash hits Psychic and Ghost types hard and a lot of others for neutral coverage, and the high crit ratio is a nice perk. Aqua Jet...its a STAB +1 Priority move. this is just cruel. if only Haxorus had access to a STAB Priority move, he would dominate OU.....

another suggestion, since Waters are known for bulk over Spd, stalling out an opponent is a good idea. let me introduce you to:

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SDef/ 240 Def/ 16 HP
- Surf
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave

Slowbro is a monster and access to Flamethrower makes it a great counter to Grass types that usually try to check a Mono-Water team. Thunder Wave is evil and annoying as hell, Surf wish chosen over Scald because Flamethrower Has Burn chance too. Ice Beam is just great coverage, and another threat to Grass types. Between Surf, Ice Beam, and Flamethrower, most problems, i.e. Steel, Grass, Dragon, should be checked at the least.

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Trait: Cursed Body
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
EVs: 252 Def/ 240 HP/ 16 SAtk
- Shadow Ball
- Ice Beam
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover

pretty much the same. you could also try:

Gyarados @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
EVs: 252 Spd/ 140 SAtk/ 88 Atk
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Crunch
- Waterfall

this set probably looks odd, lacking Dragon Dance, but it is meant for utility over raw power. Intimidate over Moxie makes for a better mixed attacker, and Naive Nature pumps Spd, and really has no ill effect, since Gyarados has awful SDef anyway. Thunder is abused in the Rain, as well as Waterfall, while Ice Beam and Crunch are coverage. this set pretty much should come in against a possible threat, and leave it weakened with Intimidate, so that, should it fall, the next teammate will be able to finish it off.

that's it. hopefully you don't mind if I switched things. on a side note, your Vaporeon is great, so you can keep that instead of any of my suggestions if you like.

hope that helps :)
