This is a team designed for PokemonDB OverUsed battles.

The Building Phase

Volcarona
I originally had Accelgor to kill other leads with Focus Blast (for Ferrothorn, and getting a Speed boost from Ferro's T-Wave with Lum Berry and Unburden, but then Gyro Ball would kill me) and Bug Buzz for common Psychic type leads, but I soon switched it to Volcarona for STAB Fire moves for Ferro, Bronzong, Skarm, and others, while still getting STAB Bug Buzz.
VolcaronaDonphan
Later, I added my Spinner and Rock Setter Donphan.

After this, I added my first Special Sweeper and Support Pokemon, Gengar.

A day or so later, I added one of my favorite Pokemon, Lucario, to act as my first Physical Sweeper.

Afterwards, I put my Primary Paralysis Inducer and Spinner Pokemon on, which also acts as a Special Sweeper: Starmie.

Later in the process, I added my Secondary Support, Healer, and Paralysis Inducer, an Eviolite Chansey.

I tested the team, and I decided to repace Donphan for Forretress, which can take hits better, and Starmie for Dragonite for some more Physical power and great coverage with Lucario. I tested the team from there and I almost always win. Now comes the part where I need your help to turn those losses into wins.

A Closer Look at My Team

FIRE BUG! (Volcarona) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Flamethrower
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Water]/Hidden Power [Grass]

My Lead Killer, and optional Special Sweeper. The Life Orb makes me hit pretty hard, and the Timid Nature gives me the extra Speed I need. Quiver Dance is for Pokemon that I know won't stay in, like Ferrothorn, Bronzong, and the likes. Flamethrower is STAB, and for use against things like Ferrothorn, Bronzong, and Skarmory. Bug Buzz is more STAB, and kills off common Psychic leads like Deoxys and Espeon. Finally, I would use HP Water for coverage against Rock types, and killing off other Fire leads like Infernape. I'd use HP Grass for use against things like Swampert, and it is of course coverage against Rock types.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes
- Gyro Ball

My Wallish thing, Hazard setter, and Rapid Spinner. The Lefties give me some recovery, and my EVs allow me to take at least 3-4 neutral hits. Stealth Rock is for Hazards, as is Spikes. Rapid Spin clears Hazards around my team, which is almost neccessary with Volcarona. Finally, Gyro Ball is for if I'm Taunted.

Jackie Chan (Lucario) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

My first Physical Sweeper and Revenge Killer. The Life Orb allows me to hit ridiculously hard, along with the Adamant Nature. I don't need much Speed, as I have Chansey to Paralyze enemy Pokemon. My EVs give me some required Speed, and some more Attack too! Close Combat is for dealing off loads of damage, and along with STAB, and having a 5 type coverage range… ExtremeSpeed is for killing Pokemon that I might’ve missed with Paralysis, and gives the ultimate priority. Earthquake gives good synergy with CC, and Ice Punch kills off the many Dragons of OverUsed.

Dark Stalker (Gengar) (M) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Disable
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Supportgar is epic XD. My EVs allow me to outspeed many Pokemon and deal damage to them, while the Black Sludge prevents people from Tricking me. Disable completely ruins Choice sets, and helps when Walls are spamming stuff like Pain Split. Substitute allows me to hide behind a Substitute, while Shadow Ball and Focus Blast are coverage.

Most Wanted (Dragonite) (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Brick Break
- ExtremeSpeed
- Dragon Claw

My Second Physical Sweeper. The Lum Berry allows me to get a free DD boost while my opponent uses a useless Status move on me. My EVs ensure Sweeping provided I get 1-2 Dragon Dances up. Dragon Dance boosts my stats, while Brick Break covers two of my weaknesses, Ice and Rock. ExtremeSpeed is for those pesky Sash Pokemon that won’t die, and Dragon Claw is STAB and coverage.

Virgin To Be (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss

My Wall and Support Pokemon. My EVs allow me to outspeed the common Chansey, which is seeing more use that Blissey right now. Wish allows me to heal either myself or my teammates, and Heal Bell is for healing my teammates when either Lucario or Dragonite have a Burn. Thunder Wave is for Paralyzing my foe, helping Lucario out by allowing him to have more Attack, and Seismic Toss is simply for when I’m Taunted.

Dang it, my web browser freaked out when I was at Chansey!

Volcarona

Modest over Timid, the kinds of leads you're going to be killing really won't require you to have a Timid nature, Modest gives you that lead killer power.

Forretress

Consider Red Card, that phazing can be annoying when your opponent switched out just to counter you with something that could get a 2KO, then THAT gets switched out.

Lucario

Nice set, although Shadow Claw > Earthquake and Hi Jump Kick > Close Combat is a very use able combo to try too. Without Jolly, you might find yourself in some crappy situations from getting that Defense drop from Close Combat.

Gengar

Timid might would be a better choice, nice seeing a Smogon Disable + Sub gar.

Dragonite

This is the point where I say it clear.
The best teams, have a mix of originality, and standardness.
This is the standard beast, that glues the team together.

Chansey

A waste of 8 EVs, Blissey is more common in OU, and has a higher base Speed :[
Timid nature might fix that for you, or you could always switch to Bliss.
Either way, the move set and Evs are great.

I'll be testing this... And yeah, D-nite is awesome. I just realized a few days ago that it had no EVs, but it was still my top Sweeper XD

Volcaroana-Go with HP grass and go with fiery dance for flamethrower to beef up your attack even more. Might wanna replace life orb with perhaps focus sash for his frail defenses? Otherwise your choice.

Forretress- Gyro ball works but perhaps T-spikes if you can because you can get quite an advantage with it though rapid spin works like crap incase of taunt. I would go for T-spikes since you can just switch in for something that can beat the taunter.

Lucario- He's one heck of a frail Pokemon ditch Life Orb and go with focus sash. Despite that what if chansey couldn't get a thunder wave up? Use Jolly. Replace Ice Punch for swords dance now that if you're using focus sash to make up for no adamant then he'll be like a mini arceus sweeping everything with extremespeed.

Gengar- Perfect no suggestions

Dragonite- Once again well done

Chansey- Don't take a chance with a 13 defense stat when you are running off no Def EVs turn that 248 sp.def into 248 def considering it'll get up to in the 230-240's with eviolite, already will have great sp.def with eviolite. And replace heal bell with aromatherapy XD (Joke intended)

In my experience, HP Water has been more reliable that Grass. It just covers more things. The point of a lead killer is to hit hard, and fast, two things Volca does well. I'm not really supposed to take hits, that would kind of take away my role. A good suggestion nonetheless.

I kept Gyro Ball because, if I use T-Spikes, how do I paralyze things? My team's synergy would be messed up.

I don't want to take hits or set up, I just want to hit hard without boosting. Even if Chansey couldn't T-Wave, that's why I've got ExtremeSpeed. Pokemon has a risk factor in about everything you do, it's so unpredictable. Again, I don't want boost myself, I want to hit hard without boosting, so SD doesn't fit my wants as well.

I think I will get some Defense EVs in there, though I took a Psyshock from an Espeon the other day XD. Though I could've probably taken 2+ with Defense EVs.

A so-so answer. I think I might wait for a better answer.
If it is a so-so answer then shouldn't it have no votes? if it is less than satisfactory then you should just type unresolved.
I didn't vote it down, someone else did. And now it isn't unresolved because Josh the Boss answered.
Counting 19 people now who've called me that, but you Fate, are the first person on the internet to call me that, I think. ^^
Hah, you are the Boss Josh. Thanks for answering this thing, it works even more miracles.
