Here is my new homemade rain team:
Female Politoed SpritFemale Politoed Back Sprit @ Choice Scarf Sprit
Politoed (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle │ Nature: Modest (+SpAtk -Atk)
EVs: 156 HP / 252 SpAtk / 100 Spd
Hydro Pump│Psychic│Ice Beam│Focus Blast

My cute rain caller and sweeper. He is my first choice user and works good. Hydro Pump destroy almost everything if hits. Psychic is a reliable move. Ice Beam can take Grass-types. Focus Blast is strong so I needed to put here. Nature and EVs may make some sense. Just for say, 156 HP EVs gives to him more survivability. 252 SpAtk EVs is to max out his SpAtk and 100 Spd EVs is to help outspeed other Choice Scarf users.

Forretress SpritForretress Back Sprit @ Leftovers
Forretress (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy │ Nature: Bold (+Def -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Spikes │Toxic Spikes│Volt Switch │Rapid Spin

My Rapid Spinner and hazards setter. Spikes and Stealth Rock as you can see is a entry hazards. Volt Switch is to switch she and change to Blissey to heal she and continue setup more Spikes. Rapid Spin is to blow away the entry hazards. I trained her much in defense because basicaly, Fighting-, Flying-, Ground-, Rock-types moves are physical like Superpower, Brave Bird, Earthquake and Stone Edge respectively. I don't say anything about Fire-types because in rainy team, rarely will appear Fire-types. Leftovers helps she survive even more and setup more entry hazards.

Female Toxicroak SpritFemale Toxicroak Back Sprit @ Black Sludge Sprit
Toxicroak (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Dry Skin │ Nature: Impish (+Def -SpAtk)
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 SpDef
Protect│Dig│Drain Punch│Sucker Punch

My strange frog. Protect is needed to this set: makes she heal the double of normal. Dig can destroy Steel- and Poison-types and works like Protect too. When she is in the underground, she will gain one turn extra so is at total 2 turns extra. Good when the oponent is badly poisoned and for healing. Drain Punch heals even more. Sucker Punch have good base power and it strikes first. My incridible froggy heals SO MUCH per turn. Protect and Dig gives to she 2 extra turns, making it have 3 turn dodging 2 of those moves. Dry Skin heals 2/16 per turn. Black Sludge heal 1/16 per turn. At total it heals 3/16 per turn. Healing 3/16 per turn and with a turn extra with Protect = 6/16. With one more turn extra in the underground it heals 9/16 per turn! Nice! No... Not nice... It's... WTF??

Rotom-Wash SpritRotom-Wash Back Sprit @ Life Orb Sprit
Rotom-Wash @ Life Orb
Abiltiy: Levitate │ Nature: Timid (+Spd -Atk)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
Thunder│Hydro Pump│Volt Switch│Signal Beam

My other sweeper. Thunder gains STAB and never misses in rain. Hydro Pump gains STAB and rain boost. Volt Switch is to make a quick switch out dealing a bit of damage. Signal Beam takes Grass-types that Thunder and Hydro Pump is bad against. Timid Nature (+Spd -Atk) eases my sweep alongside with 252 SpAtk and Spd EVs.

Blissey SpritBlissey Back Sprit @ Leftovers Sprit
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure │ Nature: Calm (+SpDef -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpDef / 4 Def
Stealth Rock│Wish│Protect│Heal Bell

I thinked a little and this ugly guy entered in my team. Normally Toxic will be in one of the moves but my team have Toxic Spikes and I can force to be badly poisoned with Dragonite's Dragon Tail, other new member. Stealth Rock is a entry hazard. You may know this.Wish is for healing. Protect is good to stall, and if the oponent is with badly poison condition. You may know what Heal Bell do.

Dragonite SpritDragonite Back Sprit @ Red Card Sprit
Dragonite (M) @ Red Card
Ability: Multiscale │ Nature: Relaxed (+Def -Spd)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpDef
Dragon Tail│Aqua Jet│Thunder│Hurricane

My little dragon helps badly poison the oponent's pokemons. Aqua Jet gains boost of rain and is a priority move. Good because I use a slow Dragonite. Thunder and Hurricane never misses in the rain plus Hurricane gains STAB. I invested more in defense because he's job is to Dragon Tail the pokemons and badly poison the target after setup 2 Toxic Spikes.

Politoed - I'll be providing a choicer later, and I notice your team needs some help taking physical moves, so turn Politoed physically defensive

Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Perish Song
- Protect
- Scald
- Toxic

Perish Song is great for forcing switches, and in some cases winning battles of you use it on the last remaining Pokemon of the opposing team. Protect is trolly and annoying,
and Scald is STAB and has a nifty burn chance. Toxic is rather obvious.

Forretress - Looks good, consider running Bold and having Volt Switch over Gyro Ball, provided you go from 4 Atk to 4 SAtk. Your call.

Toxicroak - I see you want to run a bully frog, and I have got just the thing for ya.

Toxicroak @ Black Sludge
Trait: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Substitute
- Suckerpunch/Ice Punch

Bulk Up makes your Substitutes difficult to break, and gives you a large offensive presence as well. Drain Punch is STAB and gets you even more recovery, while Suckerpunch is the preferred option for the last slot to hit Psychic types, but Ice Punch hits Gliscor, which kills T-Croak with relative ease.

Rotom-Wash - Everythung looks great on Rotom, just give him Pain Split over Signal Beam, as it can serve as recovery in addition to working well with your Life Orb.

Here is where I start to have problems with the team. Both Gorebyss and Eelektross are NU, and Gorebyss doesn't work in OU as anything but a Smashpasser, so I am going to replace him with...

Blissey - Simce Politoed is now your physical wall, this ugly pink thing will be tasked with absorbing special moves for you.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Seismic Toss/Heal Bell
- Toxic
- Wish

Now I realize it's taunt bait but it really helps the team by tanking special moves, healing the team's status (if you chose Heal Bell), and providing Wish support.

Eelektross is getting the boot for your new Choicer, and that Choicer is...

Thundurus-T - Thundurus-T supports your team very well with Volt Absorb and abusing STAB Thunder.

Thudurus-T @ Choice Scarf/Choice Specs
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest/Timid Nature
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunder
- Volt Switch

Run a Scarf if you want him to be a deadly revenge killer and late game sweeper, and run Specs if you want to be easily revenged but possess the
offensive capabilities of an AC-130. I have used both variations of this set and both of them are lethal.
Focus Miss is coverage, HP Ice hits Dragons and Ground types, Thunder is STAB and hits Incredibly hard, and Volt Switch is good for scouting and revenge killing. If you go for the Scarf run Modest Nature, you go for Specs run Timid Nature.

Hope I helped!

or you could keep rocks on Forretress and stick Seismic Toss in that slot for Blissey....
Actually, Jolly on Toxicroak might be a better choice, considering the fact that you're getting a bunch of attack boosts from Bulk Up anyway.
lol I completely forgot about Forry for rocks. And would Jolly make that much of a difference w/no speed investment?
ha you could even go Serene Grace on Blissey and hax spam Blizzard hahaha
hm, your answer makes me think a little more :P I'll edit my team, anyways thanks!
