Forretress@ Quick Claw
Trait:Sassy
Iv:loves to eat
Ev: sp defense,hp
Moves: Toxic spikes, spikes, explosion, rock polish.
This is a standard opener (gen 4), and one his speed is up and his job is done, he can either be switched out for use later (explosion) or detonate right away.

Cresselia@ __
Trait: Modest
Iv: mischievous
Ev: sp atk, hp
Moves: Moonlight, Psychic, shadow ball, calm mind
Cresselia is for later if a sp atk tank comes in, with it's great defenses and hp. Defiantly open to suggestions.

Garchomp@wide lens
Trait: adamant
Iv: scatters things often
Ev: speed, atk
Moves: stealth rock, dragon rush, stones edge, roar
Garchomp has always been one of my favourites. His stealth rock is a little extra insurance. His amazing speed combined with roar can damage the foes entire lineup. He can also polish of foes with dragon rush and stone edge.

Dusknoir@lax incense
Trait: impish
Iv: likes to thrash about
Ev: hp, atk
Moves: will o wisp, confuse ray, embargo, focus punch
With the lax incense and confuse ray, his focus punch has a great chance of hitting, his embargo also stops opponents from healing their ailments.

Drifblim@ spell tag
Trait: docile
Iv: often dozes off
Ev: sp atk, hp
Moves: stockpile, swallow, fly, shadow ball
Drifblim can heal himself, then become untouchable with great defenses, and can get out of the way of damage with fly, shadow ball is great STAB.

Blissey@ bright powder
Trait: hardy
Iv: loves to eat
Ev: defense, hp
Moves: sofboiled, substitute, double team, toxic
Nuff said, idestructable ( except against poison)

Bright Powder, Lax Incense, and Quick Claw are banned in competitive Play. now for the team.
:

Forretress @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Def/ 252 HP/ 4 SDef
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Volt Switch
- Explosion/Bug Bite
Forretress is good for Hazards and Spinning... not much else. Rocks go up quicker and hit all types so we used it over Spikes. Volt Switch is for switching out after Laying Rocks.

lose Cresselia and go:

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 HP/ 4 SDef
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Calm Mind
- Recover
Special Tank. tougher overall than Cresselia. after 2 or 3 CMs and Life Orb, it becomes beastly. the fact that Magic Guard negates Life Orb recoil and stops Toxic and Wisp damage, not to mention Sand and Hail damage makes Reuniclus a baws status tank.

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Trait: Rough Skin
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Spe/ 252 Atk/ 4 HP
- Swords Dance
- Outrage/Dragon Claw
- Earthquake/Stone Edge
- Substitute/Crunch
Life Dance set. Dance with Life Orb is just shy of OP. The remaining moves are your choice although the first one is the one i prefer. Once Chompy gets 1-2 Swords Dances he can easily sweep whole teams. Substitute makes it easier to set up but the 1/4 HP cut doesn't cushion Life Orb recoil at all. Crunch covers Psychic and Ghost types so it might be the better option if you don't want to limit Garchomp's term as Tyrant Ruler of the battle.

no Dusknoir.... go with:

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def
- Pain Split
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Giga Drain/Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
SubSplit set. Substitute lets you harass the opponent unabated and Pain Split sucks the HP from a fresh switch in. Giga Drain is also an option to recover HP off of Rock, Ground, and Water types, especially x4 weak threats. Focus Blast is an option to take out Dark types, and Thunderbolt gives the middle ground between the two: 60 Bp + Recovery ------> 95 BP with 100 acc + 30% Paralysis chance <------- 120 BP with 70 acc and 15% SDef lower chance.

no driftblim..... use something bulkier like:

Scizor @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Trait: Technician
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Spe/ 212 Atk/ 44 HP
- Bug Bite
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Roost
This is more of a Bulky Variant than the Banded sets but it does have perks: Bug Bite get Technician boost and STAB and can eat Lum Berries to prevent Status Recovery or to Lose its own Burn. The rare Sitrus Berry can be pleasantly surprising, but the real treat is munching a Leichi Berry or Salac Berry and pwning the holder :)

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SDef/ 252 HP/ 4 Def
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Seismic Toss
the most amazing Special Wall ever. Wish with Protect and Toxic is great and Wish can Fully heal any other teammate if needed. Seismic Toss is safe damage and the only thing that Blissey despises is Gengar since the normally 0 Def pokemon walls her all day with its typing. but there is no such thing as a perfect pokemon... besides Arceus lol.

You can't change the natures...
me or him???

if so i see it constantly but my bad.... i just don't think any tenured user will say that Hardy is better to run than Calm on Blissey :P
