Alright, after a bit of testing, here's the final result that this team has provided for me. I've decided to get rid of your core and instead add pokemons with more firepower and more capabilities of surviving. Replacing 2 pokemons (possibly 3) from the team, cause my playstyle is more lenient towards HO, not UU stall, so this might take some getting used to :/

Anyways...

Scrafty @ Chesto Berry
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature / Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Drain Punch
- Rest
- Crunch

Alright, i decided to mix up your set a little here. Keeping the Dragon Dance set, cause it just does many wonderful things if you get past +2. However, Dragon Dance is a sure invite to status moves such as Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, and Thunder Wave, which all cripple Scrafty pretty badly while running this set. Instead of Lum Berry + Moxie to ensure one Dragon Dance, i decided to compose a Rest + Chesto Berry combo on this fella. That means that you can spam Dragon Dance without having to worry about status, then heal up once you get in KO range. Causes so much rage. Drain Punch and Crunch will serve as reliable STAB moves, only being walled by Herracross, who will not appreciate any damage from a +2 or beyond STAB move. Moxie ensures that you get to max Atk, and wreck everything in sight, while Jolly ensure you outspeed things such as Mienshao, Mismagius, and other Base 100 pokes at +1.

Rotom-H is perfect. You're fine if you want to keep him. However, i DO have an alternative you might be interested in...

Victini @ Choice Specs
Trait: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature / Timid Nature
- Blue Flare
- Focus Blast
- Thunder / Energy Ball / Grass Knot
- Psychic

Bam. Welcome one of the most underrated Victini sets around. Lure in all those physical walls, expecting a typical V-Create spam only to find themselves in a world of hurt. Blue Flare is your main move in general. Nothing in UU can really take it safely, except for Bulky Water types and Max HP/Max SDef Snorlax. Getting up to a decent 93.5% Accuracy, it's quite the reliable move, but it DOES miss, so watch out. Focus Blast is to mainly have something prepared, in case Snorlax does threaten you, and hits Umbreon extremely hard. Thunder is a risky way of saying EFF YOU WATER TYPES, but 77% accuracy isn't the best, so you can opt for a more safe way to take them out, such as Energy Ball or Grass Knot. Finally, Psychic is to take out all the poison and fighting types who think they dominate UU. Modest Nature ensures max power and more KO's, but Timid allows you to outspeed certain threats, so the choice (Lol, get it? Because you're using a Choice ite- oh, nvm >.>) is yours.

In all honesty, Slowbro was just dragging the team. Especially since i kinda made this a HO team, you needed a dedicated Mixed Wall who could do anything, from taking any hit, physical or special, absorb status, and stay alive as long as possible. And this is where the almighty Suicune comes in.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 44 SDef / 252 HP / 212 Def
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind / Toxic
- Scald
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

Typical CroCune set, with a minor EV adjustment so Cune can take some hits with a bit more ease. I think you'd know the function of this set. Wall, set up some CM's, Rest Up, Scald everything with Sleep Talk, set up some more, cause rage, etc. However, Toxic can be used, if you really don't want CM (which is the superior choice here), as a sure way to ensure grass types and Water Absorb pokes dont wall you with ease. Just watch out for Shaymin and Roserade, they hurt.

Speaking of Roserade, it was decided to carry on the set i spoke to you about. Life Orb Roserade, a complete terror to non-steel types.

Roserade @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Toxic Spikes
- Shadow Ball / Extrasensory

Well, the rose is here. Toxic Spikes > Spikes / Sleep Powder just because it makes it easier for the whole team to KO after the foe has been poisoned, and thus stopping Sub Boosters like Raikou. Giga Drain is a reliable STAB move to make up for lost HP due to entry hazards, LO, opponent attacking you, you name it. Sludge Bomb comes as a back-up, utterly destroying the likes or Virizion and Shaymin, who can pose quite a bit of a threat to this team, if played right. Finally, we end with some coverage from Shadow Ball, as it allows you to hit & KO Chandy, who otherwise would just laugh at your STAB moves, and proceed to KO you. You can opt for Extresensory instead, which can KO some unsuspecting Psychic types, while hitting opposing Roserades for huge amounts. EVs and nature ensure the fastest Roserade possible, while having enough bulk to take an unboosted Psychic or Ice Beam.

Flygon's perfect. Grants an Electric and Ground immunity, as well as fulfilling its role as a reliable revenge killer.

Honestly, spin support isn't all that vital to the team. Spikes is quite uncommon and often "outclassed" and Toxic Spikes is seen as a better choice. Roserade ruins any layers of T-Spikes the opponent sets down, thus making all that effort in vain. SR only ruins Victini, and tbh, Victini worked for me best as a suicidal sweeper. So, in conclusion, Cryogonal got Hi Jump Kicked out, and we added some much needed Priority and a great physical sweeper to do so.

Ambipom @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
IVs: 29 HP
- Fake Out
- Low Sweep
- Payback
- Return

(B)Ambi is truly amazing in UU. Being able to pretty much deal out tons of damage with a Life Orb + Technician + STAB Fake Out, it deals out a great amount of damage while immobilizing the foe for a turn (barring Inner Focus Crobat). Low Sweep says good by to all them fat Snorlaxes who pose somewhat of a threat to this team. It also hit's Cobalion, Empoleon, and opposing Ambipom's who stupidly run Adamant Nature. Payback tbh is a more reliable option for me, as it allows me to not be completely walled by a Ghost type. It's picks off Mismagius, as i outspeed, thus making Payback's measly 50 base power get boosted by Technician into a more formidable 75 base power, being enough for a KO. Return finally serves as a good strong and reliable move to depend on, and does quite a hefty amount of damage. Just be careful not to get burned, as this guy will severely suffer from it.

Welps, that's all, dear Brotad. Hope this rate was of help and may you enjoy this UU team.

For Scrafty, I like to use rest in conjunction with shed skin and give him leftovers.
I'm gonna try this out. Love it. And I love that victini set, but ill stick to rotom h because he's the only flying resist on the team, an although its an uncommon attack type, threats like tornadus and Crobat would be troublesome without him. But anyway +1 boss. Thank you so much
Suicune handles the 2 mention threats with ease, but your point is certainly valid, as Suicune can't take multiple hits without fear of getting critted to death :P
