Been polishing this one up for quite sometime.

Masquerain (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Hydro Pump
- Bug Buzz
- Ice Beam

Intimidate gets a lot of physical leads mad, and can even force a switch at times, which is helpful for me to set up a Quiver Dance. Hydro Pump gets me that extra power over other options, for a really hard hitting coverage move, while Bug Buzz is the reliable STAB. Ice Beam Is more helpful coverage.

Emboar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Head Smash
- Earthquake

He's fast and he hits ridiculously hard with Reckless; STAB + Reckless Flare Blitz is hard to beat. Wild Charge and Head Smash further abuse Reckless and Emboar's large HP stat. Earthquake covers five types, making it great coverage.

Bisharp (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 96 Def / 160 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Brick Break
- Swords Dance

You try to lower his Attack, it goes back up with Defiant, and Swords Dance boosts it even more, and then Bisharp can Sucker Punch anything he sees. It carries Brick Break and Psycho Cut to be able to cover things that will try to predict it.

Haunter (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

It may be unevolved, but 115 - 95 sweeping stats are pretty nice in NU. Slap on a Timid Nature and a Life Orb, and this thing kills everything. Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb for dual STAB. Giga Drain for coverage and to heal off Life Orb damage. Hidden Power [Fighting] to cover its Dark weakness.

Whiscash (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Zen Headbutt

Running Dragon Dance with a little more HP for Leftovers to help out, Dragon Dance, and sweep. With only one weakness, taking a neutral hit isn't going to be too hard on him. Just only take one, and then sweep with the moves you need.

Manectric (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Signal Beam
- Hidden Power [Ice]

A Suggestion from Swampert to add to my team, who has been amazing. Bolt-Thrower combo makes for great coverage, with Hidden Power [Ice] in there for even more coverage. Signal Beam provides a good way of hitting more Pokemon.

This whole team revolves around what tends to be the easiest way to pull out a victory in the NU Tier: sweeping.

I'd suggest replacing Haunter with Kadabra. Kadabra has 120 Special Attack and 105 Speed. Kadabra also doesn't take recoil from Life Orb. Kadabra makes a much better sweeper, especially getting super-effective STAB on the many Poisons of NU. However, you might want to consider that Bug weakness. If you think you can handle that Bug weakness, than Kadabra will prove to be an amazing team member.

I'm going to be honest here I think this is a great team. I'm Not seeing much wrong with it.
Here are the few minor mistakes I found:

Emboar: Adamant Over Jolly. My Adamant ScarfTyranitar in OU still Outspeeds everything with the scarf. Emboars base speed is even higher, so Adamant is better as Emboar will be able to KO ANYTHING.

Whishcash: Give it Anticipation. This will tell you if your foe has a grass type move or not and whether or not you can set up.

Bisharp: WHy Bother with the Defensive EVs? Hes not going to live anyway w/out the sash. Just Give Him 252 Speed in order for him to be able to use Brick Break and Psycho Cut better.

Thats all. Great Team:)!

While some might think Grass should be easy to predict, there is still HP Grass, which is very hard to predict, almost impossible actually.

Masquerain: This is a great pokemon. Love it. You'll probably get 1-2 quiver dances in, so in my opinion, you won't need hydro pump. Go with Surf, as missing with only 62 Def, shivers.

Emboar: Realllly good. But why would you have a Jolly Nature? Even with an Adamant nature he still outspeeds things life ScarfTar.

Bisharp: Ummm.... He is a sweeper right? Sweeper EV's please! Like you said, 1 HP sweeper. He can't hit anything without Speed Ev's. Max Speed is the better option here instead of throwing Def/SDef EV's. Jolly or Adamant is your choice.

Haunter: Why Sludge Bomb? I realize you already have perfect coverage, but I like Thunderbolt. It just fits Haunter.

Whiscash: Why Oblivious? No one uses Attract. If this is PO, make it a girl and you're set. Anticipation warns you of it's one weakness, grass. You can then set up or switch safely into Bisharp.

Manetric: Beautiful. Just beautiful.

This is a great team overall and any NU player should cower!

Plenty of Grass types in NU, which is where Sludge Bomb comes in handy.
Plenty of them have a poison sub type though.
Ok, fair enough. I guess that warrants use on Haunter... Then SB/TB
Also true...Psychic is possible, but I'm not so sure... I guess sludge bomb is the best option. Manectric is for TB and Bisharp gets Psycho Cut. Soooo... Sludge Bomb!
He Can't learn surf XD
Then hydro pump!
