Decent attempt for your first team, though there are still problems with it. This will by very long btw.

Sableye looks good, although you may want to use full investment in Defence as Sableye is worn down by physical attacks too easily without it. Calm Mind and Recover does a good enough job a beating special attackers, so it's best to patch up any problems you may have with physical Pokemon. You may also want to use Dark Pulse over Shadow Ball since Sableye is walled by Normal-types, but this means you'll lose the ability to hit Fairy-types neutrally, which sucks. Dark Pulse also has a nifty flinch chance, although since you're slow you probably won't be using it.

Your Azumarill set is probably the most flawed one on your team. Azumarill is not a Choice Scarf Pokemon; its Speed is too low to revenge kill speedy Pokemon and just about every other Scarf user. This defeats the purpose of using a Scarf Pokemon. Your choice of moves is also not very good; typically you'll never want to use stats that raise defensive stats as you'll just lose them by switching out, and Return is almost pointless as it gives Azumarill no coverage at all. I recommend using one of the standard Azumarill sets (click here to see them), which is Assault Vest, Choice Band or Belly Drum. I personally prefer Choice Band sets, but due to a change I'll be making later, I'm going to suggest that you use a Belly Drum set:

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Speed
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower / Waterfall

Stole this set from Smogon. If you find a good opportunity, you can set up Belly Drum and send Azumarill's Attack to one of the highest in the entire tier. Aqua Jet hits everything like a nuke, and you can beat several Pokemon that resist it with Play Rough. Waterfall is a nice secondary Water move if Aqua Jet won't pull through with its low base power, but Superpower hits Ferrothorn, who is a huge issue for most Azumarill sets including this one. The EV spread allows Azumarill to outspeed base 70 Pokemon using no Speed investment.

Your Scizor set is also flawed. Acrobatics is a bad choice, as it does not receive a Technician boost if you use no item (and it's still weaker if you use an item), and because it really doesn't beat any Pokemon that Scizor is concerned about. Using a Defence EVs on Scizor is also worse than using them in HP to give Scizor better general bulk for Special attacks as well as Defence. Bulky Swords Dance sets are also much better used by Mega Scizor, who has far superior bulk to the standard; the only time you'll want to use standard Scizor is for Band sets. I changed Azumarill to a Belly Drummer set so I could suggest that you change your Swords Dance set to a Choice Band set.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Superpower

Another set I stole from Smogon because I'm lazy. Choice Band Scizor hits harder than Mega Scizor by a bit, which what makes it useful. U-Turn hits everything for high damage due to Choice Band, and builds momentum. Preferred over Bug Bite due to the ability to switch, which allows you to change your Pokemon, ease prediction and pressure your opponent. Bullet Punch from Choice Band Scizor is one of the most devastating priority moves in the game. Frail Pokemon will by cleanly 2HKO'd by it despite its low base Pokemon, some OHKO's under the right conditions. Knock Off is a fantastic move this Gen, and Scizor makes good use of it; however, you may want Pursuit, which allows you to trap Psychic types, the Lati duo in particular especially since they can punch holes through your team if you lose Azumarill to sponge their Draco Meteors.

Your Greninja set needs a few changes to its moves. The standard ORAS Greninja is better than this one. It's the same as your except it uses Naughty Nature and uses Gunk Shot, Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse and Ice Beam. This set checks Fairy-types and Grass-types and still has Greninja's great STAB moves. You may not be able to use it though, as Greninja is currently undergoing a suspect test, which could result in it being banned from the OU tier as this set is too hard to counter. If this happens, a Life Orb or Choice Scarf Keldeo set is the best filler.

Your Goodra set is good, although it is walled by Heatran, a common choice in ORAS OU. You should replace Ice Beam with Earthquake, as it is the only move Goodra has than can 2HKO it all the time. You don't need to change your Modest Nature for this either, which is cool. Ice Beam is the best replacement as it offers Goodra the least amount of coverage. You should also use Draco Meteor over Dragon Pulse; although it may decrease you special attack, it lands many more KOs than Dragon Pulse, and could keep Goodra alive against various Pokemon when Dragon Pulse couldn't. I also recommend Sap Sipper as your ability, as it keeps you from being put to sleep by Spore and greatly reduces what Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Chesnaught and Mega Venusaur can do to you by giving you an immunity to Leech Seed.

I personally don't like your Gliscor set as it seems very passive. Besides setting up Stealth Rocks, it isn't doing anything. It can sponge a few hits, but without Roost, it dies quickly. It also doesn't do much damage, which means setup Pokemon find this set very easy to beat as it isn't doing anything to them. Pokemon like Mega Sceptile, the Lati twins, Azumarill and more fear nothing but U-Turn, which still doesn't do much to them and allows them to do whatever they like. A Mega Sceptile behind a Substitute or an Azumarill with x4 Attack are both very scary for your team, and Gliscor is allowing them to happen. I suggest the standard Gliscor set here, or preferably, a better Pokemon in the moveslot. Ferrothorn fits perfectly with your team; you have plenty of switchins to Fire attacks, and in return, Ferrothorn counters many Pokemon in the tier for your team, many of which would otherwise be very hard for you to beat.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Protect

This set stops a variety of attackers, and beats them 1v1 with its stalling prowess. Stealth Rock is obvious. Leech Seed is a method of recovery and wears down the opponent as well. Gyro Ball allows for extra damage and hits various Pokemon for surprisingly high amounts of damage; Pokemon like Gengar are cleanly 2HKO'd by it due to their high Speed and awful Defence. Protect allows you to scout your opponent's moves, and fetch some Leftovers and Leech Seed recovery for free.

Hope these suggestions help you out! As a beginner the best thing you can do is keep practising. Get better at predicting and learning the Pokemon in the tier and how they are used by playing games.

"Low base Pokemon"? I think you made an error in Scizor's  section.
Wow, cheers for the in depth response! This is going to help a lot.
I also think Gunk Shot is already banned on Greninja, looked at it on Showdown when making the team. Not entirely sure though.
@Astro: Yeah I was bound to make an error like that. Meant "low base power".
@BrilliantBunch: Yeah no problem! The Showdown teambuilder still thinks Gunk Shot isn't allowed because it isn't updated for the ORAS tutor moves, which is how Greninja gets the move. If you add it to Greninja and look for a battle, it'll work. The suspect test would ban Greninja as a whole, so that's not why it shows up like that.
Edited the Spd in  the EV spread of Azumarill to speed, in order to avoid confusion  between speed and special defense.
Great answer, very clear and detailed. You get my vote :)

@Brilliant: in case you're wondering why 248 EVs in HP are used, it's because they give an odd number of HP and that allows your Pokemon to switch into entry hazards and take slightly less damage that make a huge difference.
Sorry for double post, but you can also include Low Kick as an option for Greninja to kick Tyranitar and Heatran very hard, especially that it has better coverage than Hydro Pump. However, this would leave the frog without a water-type attack.
Actually since Greninja gets STAB from about every attack, Hydro Pump might not even be compulsory. Just that the power is missed out on.
