The basic idea is to switch alot using U-turn on Scizor and Landorus and Volt Switch on Lanturn to get switch advantage. Vaporeon passes wish to teammates that need it and can also stall. Status isn't a problem because Lanturn has heal bell. Heatran is the core of the team giving the team it's much needed typing and STAB.
