I'm not super familiar with the competitive battling scene but I am building this no legendary OU team to beat my buddy with and would like input.

Minior @ Leftovers
Ability: Shields Down
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Power Gem
- Explosion
This guy leads the team with Stealth Rock. Power Gem is STAB with good power, Earthquake is great coverage, and Explosion is for when something unfavorable is switched in (other than a ghost type) to suicide on instead of switching out. Once Shields Down activates he becomes much more threatening doubling Atk, SpA, and Spe

Wishiwashi @ Shell Bell
Ability: Schooling
EVs 232 HP / 40 Def / 236 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Aqua Ring
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
Mixed attacker with Aqua ring to help HP from getting below 25%, Shell Bell means that dealing big hits will heal more than Leftovers would given the low health stat, Scald for STAB because I like the versatility of thawing itself out and possibly burning the opponent, also Ice Beam and Earthquake for weakness coverage.

Mimikyu @ Red Card
Ability: Disguise
EVs 16 HP / 252 Atk / 200 Def / 40 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Hone Claws
- Shadow Claw
- Play Rough
- Leech Life
I like this guy for messing with your opponents setup, Red Card for switching in against a physical sweeper who has already set up. Disguise means that it can get off Hone Claws without worry, Shadow Claw and Play Rough are good STAB with Leech Life (now improved to 80 power!) for coverage and healing damage taken... also a pattern begins to emerge, I like to balance out my Poke's defenses so they to the same damage whether they are hit with a physical or special attack.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Dazzling Gleam
- Energy Ball
This guy is meant to be a special sweeper, he's pretty fast naturally so he should go before many things and his wide move base makes him super effective against a range of enemy Pokemon. Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb are great STAB, Dazzling Gleam and Energy Ball are good for coverage. Also noteworthy is that since he lost the ability Levitate he is weak to Ground so Energy Ball helps with that, however he now can absorb toxic spikes on switching in so that's pretty cool.

Snorlax @ Snorlium Z
Ability: Immunity
EVs 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
- Giga Impact
- Earthquake
- Brick Break
- Wild Charge
Ok, it just felt wrong to not use Pulverizing Pancake, "I get to use a stronger STAB Giga Impact followed by a regular STAB Giga Impact the next turn? Yes please, sign me up." Now that that's out of the way I tried to increase his regular defence with EVs because that's his weakest spot and I want him to be able to attack several times. Earthquake, Brick Break, and Wild Charge are just great coverage moves.

Muk-Alolan @ Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs 8 HP 252 Atk / 200 Def / 48 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Torment
- Poison Jab
- Brick Break
- Knock Off
I wanted something to be really annoying, this guy can take a beating and come back for more. Start with Torment so every other turn is significantly less harmful to him, STAB Poison Jab combined with Poison Touch means about a 51% chance to poison opposing Pokemon, Brick Break is good coverage, and STAB Knock Off with poison touch is just good stuff to mess with opponent's setup while dealing substantial damage AND possibly poisoning.

Please give some input, I want to make a quality team and probably need much assistance.

Singles or doubles?
Singles, sorry I should've specified.
Lycanroc-Midnight really works bad in competitive play. I don't like Gengar to be tanky, he don't really have that potential. A special sweeper suits him.
I made adjustments based on your feedback, I would appreciate more if you're willing.
Minior is pretty much outclassed as a lead by mons such as Garchomp, Azelf, and Lycanroc. It's only niche in OU is Shell Smash.

Wishiwashi has great offenses and defenses, but it's speed, typing, and ability really kills it. I'd suggest replacing it, or at the very least removing Aqua Ring for another attack and giving at a better item, such as a Life Orb or Leftovers.

Shadow Sneak > Leech Life, and what are those EV's? Mimikyu isn't going to be sweeping with so little speed investment.

Give Gengar a Timid Nature so it doesn't get outsped by stuff like Garchomp.

Pulverizing Pancake is pretty gimmicky. I would use a different set. Either way, Brick Break is redundant coverage that could be replaced with something more useful, such as Pursuit or Fire Punch. I'd also suggest Thick Fat > Immunity bc the resists it gives are great.

Shadow Sneak and Pursuit > Torment and Brick Break on Muk.
