Ok, Heres one of my first RMTs so, you know, hide it if it sucks dont downvote it XD.Ps.I dont do evs.
Moveset Problem.......I Trait Problem....I Nature Problem.....IOther
Tyranitar:-_-Go look at T's stats Ino IDitto.................I Why is Tyranitar special?

Ways to fix:Give him an adamant or jolly nature.Tyrannitar is meant to be a physical tank.
Jolly gives him a little extra speed while Adamant would give him an attack boost.Totally redo the moveset.
Crunch(Stab)
Fire Punch(Coverage)
Earthquake(Duh)
Curse(If you go for adamant)/Outrage(MAximum damage, and once he is confused, switch him out anyway)

Hydreigion:Honestly, I think you should go for a special moveset.Im lazy so heres someone elses: CLICK HERE!

Gyrados:Never use a Neutral Nature(+A -A,A being a variable).I would say go for Adamant.Movesets fine.Moxie is good.

Charizard:Seems fine.Change HP fighting toHP Grass(I agree with Blobyolo).Other than that its good.

OMG.Garchomp.Why have you made GARCHOMP special?
Change him Change him.
Nature Jolly
Change Hyper beam to Dragon Claw(reliable)
Change Flamethrower to Fire fang
Add Sdance.

Lucario:Only thing I would change would be his nature. I'd make it jolly.

Life Orb hightens the damage output, so it can be used on Special attackers just as much as physical ones.
Oh,Srry.
Lucario is better off a a special attacker because his base SP Attack is 115 while his Attack is 110. He has a better movepool as a special attacker.
115 and 110 are pretty close though. Physical Lucario gets cool things like Hi Jump Kick, ExtremeSpeed, as well as a cool Swords Dance. The only priority Special Lucario gets is Vacuum Wave, whereas the Physical end gets ExtremeSpeed, Bullet Punch, and Quick Attack.
Garchomp: I thought I'd throw something unique out there. I'll change Hyper beam for Dragon Pulse. And it's a SHE. Plus, (suprisingly) it can't learn DDance.

Tyranitar: Also wanted to be creative with this one.

Gyarados: Thanks, my bad :P

Charizard: I agree. I will change this.

Lucario: It already gets plenty of speed with a Choice Scarf.

Hydreigon: I have always made Hydreigon Special, and I wanted to try the Physical version.
Remember, I said I don't do evs so if you change Lucarios nature, you should change his evs.

Luca's EVs need some improvement. I dunno.. bit scattered. As you know, he has weak defenses, and even with your def. EV spread, its not enough. Better to just have him get some nice, quick hits. I would suggest instead going with something like: 252 Atk and 128 spe and 128 HP, or just 252 Atk and 252 Spe. Also, blaze kick isn't the best, as it has that un-reliable accuracy. I would replace it with Extreme speed, gets Luca a good head start, and works well for the Speed factor. However, I do like that stone edge thing you got going.
All in all, I like what you have got going. I would suggest having Luca be the lead, or build the other pokes off him, as he is extremely reliable.
