Only card from Expedition, Aquapolis, and Skyridge are allowed. However, Energy cards from previous sets are allowed.
x4 Voltorb (40 HP) (Aquapolis)-20 damage for one energy and it ignores resistance, Pokemon Powers, and Pokemon Bodies. Needed for evolution but it has a solid attack for early on.
x2 Electrode (Aquapolis)-Gets me enrgies back from my discard pile and onto my Pokemon. This is useful with the Trainers I have. Swift is also decent. A two for 30 that ignores resistance, Pokemon Powers, and Pokemon Bodies.
x1 Electrode (Skyridge)-To be used to take down a really important Pokemon of the opponent or to take down the bench and get prizes. I can heal off my bench damage with Potions.
x3 Doduo (Aquapolis)-Fighting resistance. Needed for evolution.
x2 Dodrio (Aquapolis)-Fighting resistance. Tri Attack can do 30 damage for one energy. Peck Attack either does 20 damage, 50 damage, or confuses for two energy, which is decent.
x2 Eevee (Aquapolis)-Can do 20 damage for one energy. Needed for evolution.
x1 Jolteon (Skyridge)-Self-healing keeeps me protected from Special Conditions. Thundershock is decent, a one for 10 with a chance for paralysis. Thunderspark can do nice damage to my foe's bench and to the Defending Pokemon. I have healing cards to take care of damage done to me.
x4 Electabuzz (Expedition)-A decent basic. It can be used early on to get Energy to my Pokemon.
x4 Oracle (Skyridge)-Search for whatever cards I want and control my deck.
x4 Lightning Cube 01 (Aquapolis)-The damage that can be inflicted can be very high indeed. Three energy and three heads means I take down anything that doesn't resist. Energy discarded can be recovered by Electrode.
x4 Potion (Expedition)-Healing, mainly for damage done by Electrode or Jolteon.
x3 Pokemon Nurse (Expedition)-Healing. Mainly for my Electrode when it is out there getting Energy. Energy discarded can be recovered by Electrode.
x2 Hyper Potion (Skyridge)-Healing. Energy discarded can be recovered by Electrode.
x2 Seer (Aquapolis)-Gets me Energy into my hand, either to be placed on my Pokemon or to be discarded by Juggler.
x1 Juggler (Aquapolis)-Discards Energy to be used with Electrode while also drawing cards.
x1 Mary’s Impulse (Aquapolis)-Card drawing.
x18 Electric Energy-Needed.
x2 Double Colorless Energy (Base)-Mainly for use with Dodrio, who can use Peck Attack with just one DCE. Jolteon's Thunderspark and Electrode's Plasma and Selfdestruct can use DCE also.
This deck is centered around Electrode getting Energy from the discard pile onto my Pokemon. With plenty of healing my opponent will be unable to get any prizes while I get prizes through damage to the Defending Pokemon and to the bench. Even Fighting Decks will have problems thanks to Dodrio.
