Where is tm bounce in Pokemon black or white?

If there is let me know where it is.Need to teach it to my magikarp.

If you trade it to B2/W2, there are movetutors in it.

There is no TM Bounce.

However, you can still teach it Bounce via Move Tutor.

No there wasn't. The only move tutors in Black or White, not 2, were the starter Pokemon move tutors.
