I personally don't usually care about nature,
when leveling up, I would recommend giving your Eelektross the power lens, due to its already poor speed.

Thunder- I think a very good move, and it gets STAB. Becasue it has more PP than blizzard, it doesn't matter quite as much, but it is a problem due to, again, Eelektross's bad speed.

Flamethrower/Thunderbolt- Honestly, I just love flamethrower as a move, and allows you to remove several types that you before could not quite as quickly, and with a low-speed like Eelektross, every turn counts. Both have 95 power and 100 accuracy, but thunderbolt has  STAB, and each have their own special effects.

Flash cannon- In case of a rock type (Boldore) with smack down, You can take advantage of its even worse speed to smash it up with flash cannon, a steel move. Problem is probably going to be sturdy, but i'm sure you'll think of something.

Crunch- Just a nutarally learned move that I think will consistantly come in handy, especially if you plan to train against the elite four.

A rare Pokemon that has many people excited due to its great ability. However, it has the minor problem of being an Electric type with higher attack stat. However, thanks to the addition of Wild Bolt and Coil, that is not so much of a problem. I think it will be Borderline, but will still see some use in Overused.

Ability: Levitate

EVs: Attack, HP, Speed Nature: Jolly

Wild Bolt/Spark: Either have higher power or no recoil. I say go with Wild Bolt.

Coil: Increases Attack,Defense, and Accuracy (for Crush Claw.) One of the best stat raising moves in the game.

Crunch: ALways good to carry around a Dark type attack.

Crush Claw/Thunder Wave: The accuracy won't be a problem with Coil. And the lowered defense of the foe means they will be easy to take down. Thunder Wave is to be able to go first. I'd go with Crush Claw.

Also, just to bring up a very benign detail: Shibirudon's first form is actually pretty common inside of the Magnet Rock Cave. Keep an eye for them once you play; Levels 24-28!

Nature: Quiet(with trick room support, if no trick room, use Mild or Rash, since you don't want to lower speed)

Flamethrower: YAY, Another Electric Type With Flamethrower!

Grass Knot: Coverage.

No. Eelektross's base stat for Attack is higher than it's base stat for Special Attack. Embrace it with an Adamant Nature, 252 EVs for Attack, and a perfect 31 attack IV. Then give it wild charge and the item Choice Band to hold and kick some butt.

Its attack is only a little bit higher, so special moves work pretty well.

Nature: MODEST (Its electric type so this will power up the special attacks) you may think im dumb by believe me thunderbolt is way more handy and a physical electric move such as wild chage .

DRAGON TAIL (Phasing + Attack boosts = deadly control)

SPARK (Why no Wild Charge, you ask? It's stronger and gets the Attack boost, but recoil is not a price to pay with this kind of set)

BRICK BREAK / DRAGON CLAW / ROCK SLIDE (Coverage of choice; take your pick)

RECOMMENDED ITEM: Muscle Band / Leftovers (If you REALLY wanna use Wild Charge)

RECOMMENDED NATURE: Adamant

RECOMMENDED EV SPREAD: / 252 Attack / 252 Special Defense (Or HP) / 4 Speed

This set is reminiscent of Utility-Zard and Crookodile. Switch in on a Ground-type to block Earthquake, and use Coil to set up. They'll likely switch in something else. Now you sweep when you're happy with your boost amount.

Use Dragon Tail for decent neutral coverage and power against a dangerous foe.

Coil boosts Attack, Defense, and Accuracy which is extremely useful here. Crunch is just a coverage move. HP(Fire) is for Steel types. Zap-cannon gets over 100% Accuracy after using Coil twice, giving you an accurate guaranteed Paralyze, Super strong STAB move.

Of course it can, but Eeleektross is not as bulky as this guy because he can not use the evolite. This is the only Pokemon with no weaknesses that can use the evolite(aside from his first form of course).

I'd prefer not to have recoil for this set, as it provides some tanking/walling. And actually, Crunch gets great type coverage if you look at how few Pokemon can resist both it and Brick Break.

If you put this move set on the move set calculator you will find out that there is no exception to those not very effective typing,so this move set either deals normal damage or a supper effective damage.

Coil: One of the best stat raising moves in the game, helps it to tank physical hits while setting up.

Wild Charge/Thunderpunch: Either go for the overkill move or a slightly less powerful but still useful STAB move, your choice.

Drain Punch: Now that move tutors have been released this helps in Eelektross recovering back any health lost. Also helps to deal with Rock, Steel, Ice, Dark and Normal types (looking at you Blissey and Chansey!)

Crunch/Fire Punch/Dragon Tail/Aqua Tail: Crunch gives its almost unresisted coverage alongside Drain Punch, Fire Punch is for any Grass types that think they can get a free switch in, Dragon Tail is an excellent phasing move and helps deal with Dragon types and Aqua Tail helps deal with bulky Ground types and makes Volcarona think twice about coming in.

Well... with no weaknesses (unless your opponent has Mold Breaker or related ability), Elektross's movesets don't need to really cover much.

This is the moveset that my Elektross has.

Ability: Levitiate
Nature: Jolly
Hold Item: Leftovers/nothing (if you want to power-up Acrobatics)

• Wild Charge - 90 Atk. power, 100 accuracy, but with small recoil. For Elektross, this may be more useful considering it's higher attack, but for a move with slightly higher power and no recoil, go with Thunderbolt, with 95 Sp.Atk. power and 100 accuracy + no recoil.

• Flamthrower - Basically, the fire-type equivalent of Thunderbolt. 95 Sp.Atk. and 100 accuracy. 20% chance of burn (I think that's the percent). Just some coverage.

• Acrobatics - 55 Atk. and 100 accuracy. (You can double the attack by unequipping item)

• Dragon Claw - 80 Atk., 100 accuracy, a solid dragon-type move.

However, I later replaced Dragon Claw with Superpower with 120 Atk. and 100 accuracy, and reduced Atk. and Def. by 1 level.

Coil is what makes this the tank that it is. Wild Charge is the main STAB. Drain Punch is for coverage and a form of recovery from other attacks and from recoil from Wild Charge. Acrobatics is also coverage and a way to deal massive damage to tough opponents.
