Timid nature

EVs: 252 Spe, 252 SpA, 4 HP

This Electrode has some awesome whopping base Speed at 140! Dang! Ok, so being Timid and all, he he, you can dish out Electro Ball, and with blazing speed and you not only outrun most Pokémon, but gain a lot of damage to them. See, the faster you are, the more damge you'll do. Hidden Power (Ice) is for coverage on Ground types, Signal Beam, coverage and chance to confuse while dealing out speedy attacks, and the last slot is Thunder Wave because it boosts Electro Ball, making you even MORE SPEEDY than ever! It's used on SpD Bulks that are NOT ground, do not have Motor Drive or Lightningrod, and or if your opponent can possibly outspeed you with Naturally high Speed or Speed Boosts especially.
Rain Dance Abuser

Now this Electrode is a little different from the last one. It's primary purpose is so set Rain Dance so that Thunder will always hit and Hidden Power (Water) will get a nice boost from Base 70 in normal conditons tp 105 in rain with the right IVs of course. Thunder is also your main STAB and chance to paralyze and Hidden Power (Water) is excellent to have in conjunction to STAB Thunder so that you'll have better coverage. Lastly you have Magnet Rise to levitate against any suspecting ground type moves, thereby having no weakness for 5 turns.
