My smeargle is level 82, jolly nature, you know perfect case scenario. im setting him up as a baton passer, and i realized i leveled him up a lot lately. how do i get him to learn moves like spore?

If Smeargle Skeches a move in a wifi battle, the move will turn into the copied move only for that battle. If you want Spore on Smeargle, you can Sketch it from Marshal's Breloom in the Elite Four.

Another Idea would be to sketch it off a Wild Paras in Route 11 (Mass outbreak required.)
