You might want to switch keldeo for breloom. No reason for 2 waters.

A baton pass team usually consists of 4-5 baton passers passing along boosts and subs while the opponent rage quits or stalls himself to death. Your team is dependent on Ninjask who can't be expected to repeatedly come in and restart the chain with a 4x stealth rock weakness.
Type into google baton pass my @$$. It's a baton pass team on the smogon forums that had Been worked in for almost a year. It is very solid and I tried it out myself. I suggest you also trying it on showdown or at least you will get a sense of how a really good baton pass team works.

Apart from that the team should work pretty well as an ou team but a satker is needed probably change keldeo to specs
