Effects

Flame Burst deals damage and will also cause splash damage to any Pokémon adjacent to the target (including the user if Flame Burst is targeted at an ally).

The splash damage caused to a Pokémon is 116 of its maximum HP. It is typeless and not counted as regular damage but treated similarly to weather damage, which means that:

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Firium Z and uses its Z-Power, Flame Burst turns into Inferno Overdrive and has base power 140.
