ok so here is the question. is there a Pokemon that can learn fire type moves even thought it is water(no sunny days) and a fire type that can learn water in white2?

Gyrados can learn Flamethrower and Fire Blast and Incinerate
Palkia can learn Flamethrower and Fire Blast and Incinerate
Remoraid can learn Flamethrower and Fire Blast
Octillery can learn Flamethrower and Fire Blast and Incinerate
Slowking can learn Flamethrower and Fire Blast
Slowpoke can learn Flamethrower and Incinerate
Frillish can learn Will-o-wisp
Jellicent can learn Will-o-wisp
Ludicolo can learn Fire Punch
