Snatch is DT's.
This Team is DW OU due to Swampert's unreleased DW Ability.
Wasn't it released in a Japanese Global link event?
Either way Torrent is better.
I'm not sure about Umbreon. I know people were talking about it one night on chat, and trachy gave a good straightly, I asked for a moveset, and he directed me to the Umbreon moveset page and I believe I copied down his moveset, but I'm not so sure any more. Sorry for any unconvinced this caused.

Darmanitan

You seem to be running one of the most frail sweepers in the game with 227 speed.
Try 252 speed and choice scarf, choice scarf is one of the only sets you will see on this guy at the moement.
Also Hidden power grass? You do know it has 86 spatk with adamant or jolly.
Plus Hidden Power Ice would give better coverage, anyway replace that with superpower.
You could run a choice band set if your feeling lucky but scarfed set will rip a team appart with flare blitz and sheer force.

Crobat

... Im not an expert on crobat so i cant give much advice but i do know crobat makes a good lead and stall breaker, as it has access to taunt, toxic and super fang, yes that is off smogon.
But It works well and is great for pokemon like dusclops who will cripple your team.
Super fang will cut pokemons hp down by half and toxic will give a good stalling effect as it does have enough bulk to take neutral hits.
brave bird is also recomended on smogons set as well as jolly, 252hp 80atk and 176 speed with leftovers.
Taunt is good as it will kill pokemon that are based on mainly all stalling, and they cant taunt you first because of crobats blistering speed (not including prankster users).
As for your set, as i said im not the best with crobat but 176SpAtk isnt working for me and i have seen the other set used all the time in UU, i suggest you give it a go.

Swampert

Swampert is a bulky pokemon and normally carrys rocks and roar so i suggest as non of your team carrys rocks replace hidden power grass.
Also another mixed attacker? try going all out pysichal with waterfall, earthquake and ice punch, you can also replace ice punch for a move like roar which works well with swamperts great bulk and usefull resistances, it also phazes out boosting pokemon and rocks backs up a use for roar.
I would use 252Hp and a balanced amount between def and atk.
Also it says your using quirky? Was that an accident try impish or adamant.

Nidoking

Your team is now lacking a special sweeper, and though nidoking has decent atk its not as high spatk can be made useable.
It has a great special movepool with access to Sludge wave, thunderbolt, ice beam and earthpower, three of them get a sheer force boost, boosting them power of the moves by 30%.
This makes it a great life orb user.
Sludge wave has almost 100 power when adding stab its almost 150.
Then add life orb damage and sheer force damage and that gives it 253 base power on a neutral hit.
Choice scarf is also a good option so is specs making sludge wave around 375 base power.
Though defintly run timid.

Umbreon

If this is Trachys or DTs set im not going to argue, but i have used snatch on umbreon before and it wrecks allot of pokemon like porygon2.
So everythings fine here.

Mew

I see what your trying to do with the item, but you dont loose the burn, which is a problem if your running a pysichal set as it halfs your atk.
If you want a pysichal set there are so many variants but i do have one i have used very well and it is an easy sweep waiting to happen.
@life orb
4Hp 252Atk 252Speed
Jolly
-Swords dance
-Zen headbutt
-Drain punch
-Sucker punch
Mew has good bulk and can take neutral hits so once a swords dance is up its time to sweep.
I have used this set many times over and swept teams with it.
328 speed lets it out run lots and life orb gives it around 400 atk whicg goes well with speed and bulk, then add swords dance to double that to 800 then recover hp with drain punch which will ohko neutral hits.
Sucker punch will kill quiker pokemon and chandeluer thinking it can trap you.
Zen headbutt is extremelly powerfull with the boosts and stab.
Also you seem to be running hardy.

Ok overall your team is good i dont see any major weaknesses but the movesets need changing and you seem to have a fond for hp grass or a grass move if your team can learn it.
I look forward to our battle and feedback of how the team goes from now on.
