Question

So i have been thinking about a Quad weather team for a while and this is what i came up with. If needed i will add descriptions but for now i cant.

Politoed (F) @ Choice Specs

Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Scald
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam
- Hypnosis

Abomasnow (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 132 HP / 124 Atk / 124 SAtk / 128 SDef
Gentle Nature (+SDef, -Def)
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Earthquake
- Brick Break

Tyranitar (F) @ Choice Band

Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Atk / 108 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail
- Ice Fang
- Dragon Claw

Ninetales (M) @ Air Balloon

Trait: Drought
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Why Zap Cannon?

Well, Volcarona gets owned by Stealth Rock, like the 3/6th of your team.

I do not see the point OR synergy for quad-weather teams.

Raikou does not need to use Zap Cannon. You just need to keep the nature of the event Pokemon. Everything else you can change.

@ErickHill they create there on weather so they battle in that weather so they arnt meant to be synergy between the four weather bringers and the last two are able to function in all four weathers just fine / ive won and lost about the same with this team @JCM / Oh okay @trachy

Suggest you switch Raikou for someone who can benefit more.

Decided to give this a go. To start, your team looks decent. I like it. But, it has a few flaws.

Politoed

Choice Specs and Hypnosis? No. Lefties and HIdden Power Electric. Scald is an excellent choice here.

Not needed, but you can switch Spd EVs into SDef for reliable set up.

Abomasnow

Switch the nature to Relaxed, and Id suggest A fully defensive EV spread.

Move set looks good.

Tyranitar

Time to get Physical. Give it a Sash and Adamant nature. EVs 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd

Switch Ice Fang to DDance. With all this weather, the Opponent should be switching like crazy. Switch Aqua Tail to Pursuit. A DD boost with it can easily make it into a Revenge Killer.

Ninetales

Not bad. No suggestions.

Volcarona

Switching. Mew can fit this team exceptionally well.

EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Aura Sphere
-Thunder
-Solarbeam
-Blizzard

Gets all the weather boosts, and Aura Sphere has the accuracy / coverage.

Raikou

Is getting switched to Espeon.

Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Toxic
-Protect

Provides team support, stalls, and has a great Ability. Nuffsaid.

The abomasnow I've found to work best for me is Sdef EVs, with Leech Seed, Protect, Ice Shard, Earthquake. Idk if it's something you'll want to be trying but just a suggestion.
