Effect
Refrigerate causes all Normal-type attacking moves used by the Pokémon to become Ice-type, and increase in power by 20%.
Ice-type Pokémon also gain STAB from those moves (which means an effective increase of 80%).
Changes
In Generation 6, Refrigerate increases affected moves' power by 30%.
