Pomeg Berry (item)
Effects
Pomeg Berry increases a Pokémon's Friendship, but also lowers its EVs in HP.
Friendship is raised by 10 points if the Pokémon's current Friendship level is less than 100; by 5 points if it's 100-199; or by 2 points if it's 200 or more.
HP EVs are reduced by 10.
Changes
In Generation 4, if the Pokémon has over 100 EVs in HP, using a Pomeg Berry will reduce them to 100. Further uses will reduce EVs by 10 each time.
