Effects
Psychic Tera Shard allows a Pokémon's Tera Type to be changed to Psychic in Pokémon Scarlet/Violet.
It can be changed by speaking to the cook in the Treasure Eatery, Medali, and requires 50 Psychic Tera Shards.
