The Sun Stone causes the following Pokémon to evolve:
- Gloom (evolves into Bellossom)
- Sunkern (evolves into Sunflora)
- Cottonee (evolves into Whimsicott)
- Petilil (evolves into Lilligant — in the Hisui region it becomes Hisuian Lilligant)
- Helioptile (evolves into Heliolisk)
