Pokémon Legends: Arceus was announced in a Pokémon Presents just before Pokémon Day, alongside Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. Announcement trailer

Date: 26th February, 2021 • Length: 2:10

The trailer that was part of the a Pokémon Presents on Pokémon Day. It begins with a narration about the Sinnoh of old, then we see some vast landscapes, with a trainer sneaking up on Pokémon and capturing them. We see a few battle scenes and then the starters are revealed - surprisingly it's Cyndaquil, Rowlet, and Oshawott.

Discover the Hisui region

Date: 18th August, 2021 • Length: 3:48

Our first proper look at the game. The trailer starts with various landscapes and terrains to be explored. Then we see a new Pokémon, Wyrdeer, followed by a few more shots of the player tracking Pokémon and then a battle with Hisuian Growlithe ensues. More epic landscapes follow, with rides on Hisuian Braviary, Hisuian Basculin and Wyrdeer.

Next, some angry Pokémon with red eyes chase the player and two new battle styles are introduced: Agile Style and Strong Style.

Noble Pokémon

Date: 28th September, 2021 • Length: 2:55

The trailer starts with similar landscape footage to previous videos. We meet the wardens who protect special Pokémon. In the game, blessed Pokémon known as Noble Pokémon have become frenzied and must be calmed.

Mysterious footage restored

Date: 21st October, 2021 • Length: 2:04

Two days earlier some mysterious, spotty found footage of a trainer's expedition was discovered. Now it has been restored and we see them coming across a lone Zorua in a snowy forest. However, as the trainer approaches they are engulfed in a cloud of black smoke. As the camera lays on its side we see its parent Zoroark with the Zorua.

Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark

The Hisuian forms of Zorua and Zoroark, seen in the previous video, are officially revealed. They are seen in game footage, in a snowy landscape.
