Effects
Bolt Strike deals damage and has a 20% chance of paralyzing the target.
Electric type Pokémon, those with the ability Limber or those behind a Substitute cannot be paralyzed.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Electrium Z and uses its Z-Power, Bolt Strike turns into Gigavolt Havoc and has base power 195.
