Effects

Cosmic Power raises the user's Defense and Special Defense by one stage each.

Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Cosmic Power turns into Z-Cosmic Power and raises Special Defense one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
