Effects
The user engages its gears to raise the Attack and Sp. Atk stats of ally Pokémon with the Plus or Minus Ability.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Steelium Z and uses its Z-Power, Gear Up turns into Z-Gear Up and raises Special Attack one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
