Effects
Head Charge deals damage, but the user receives 1⁄4 of the damage it inflicts in recoil. In other words, if the attack does 100 HP damage to the opponent, the user will lose 25 HP.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Head Charge turns into Breakneck Blitz and has base power 190.
