Mystical Power deals damage and raises the user's Special Attack by one stage.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
Changes
- In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Mystical Power deals damage, then raises the user's Attack and Special Attack if those stats are higher, or raises Defense and Special Defense if those stats are higher.
