Effects
Psycho Boost deals damage but lowers the user's Special Attack by two stages after attacking.
Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Psycho Boost turns into Shattered Psyche and has base power 200.
