In Generations 1-5, this move's name was formatted as Softboiled.
When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Soft-Boiled turns into Z-Soft-Boiled and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
Outside of battle
In the field, using Soft-Boiled will take away 20% of the user's maximum HP and give it to another Pokémon. (It is unusable if the user's HP is below 20%.)
