Effects

The user shines a spotlight on the target so that only the target will be attacked during the turn.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Spotlight turns into Z-Spotlight and raises Special Defense one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
