Pokémon with the ability Inner Focus or those behind a Substitute cannot be made to flinch.

If the target has used Minimize, Steamroller's base power doubles to 130.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Buginium Z and uses its Z-Power, Steamroller turns into Savage Spin-Out and has base power 120.
